Muscle and Balance Assessment

Service Description

During the muscle and balance assessment, you will perform various, but simple movements so that I can identify the muscles that need more developing versus the muscles that need to be relaxed. If your visit is due to an injury or muscle pain, I will test various muscles based upon what you tell me about the history of your injury or pain patterns. After your assessment you will be given homework to do for a specified time, then you will return for re-assessment.
